Transport Minister calls for Greek companies to accelerate implementation of the breakwater port of Faw.

BAGHDAD / NINA / Transport Minister, Hadi al-Amiri discussed with the Greek ambassador in Iraq Mir Curious Carvothias prospects for future cooperation.
A statement by his press office issued today 10, April said that "Amiri, during the meeting, expressed hope that Greek company accomplished its business in the east breakwater of the port of Faw in best possible way and as soon as possible through concerted efforts."
He called various Greek companies to implement the western breakwater by relying on technical standards and the value of the contract in addition to the time.
The port of Faw is considered the most important strategic projects that the Ministry seeks to accomplish in the coming period as it represents a vital project to the Ministry of Transport. / End
