Leaders of political blocs agreed to discuss the 3 files in the meeting, which began shortly before and in the presence of President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and parliament speaker Osama Najafi and the existing Iraqi President Iyad Allawi and President of the Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim, in addition to the leaders of other blocs. He added that "there is a determination to resolve the issue of the security ministries and awarded for political figures by proxy.
