The ministry spokesman Abdul Zahra al-Hindawi said the "five-year plan seen by international experts and aims to provide a free economy and diversify resources of the budget."
He added that "the plan will be given priority for investment file and will seek to provide the laws and regulations to attract Arab and international companies in the coming years." He explained that "the financial budget for this plan amounted to 470 billion dollars, enough to address the problems facing the implementation of the services."
