Ended the heads of the blocs met in the home of President Jalal Talabani Friday evening to get some rest for some time and the resumption of the meeting again.
A source familiar with from within the meeting: "The topics that were put before the break is to nominate a candidate for the defense portfolio, and the future of U.S. forces in Iraq."
The source declined to give any details on the two subjects with the exception of al-Maliki's insistence on the nomination of Saadoun al-Dulaimi, the Ministry of Defence. /
