The Kurdistan Alliance bloc outweigh» resumption of talks with the National Alliance bloc which includes most Shiite powers, excluded returning to Government and Parliament before the «fruits».
The Kurdish delegation met with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki last week to discuss the differences between the territory and the Centre, and agreed on the need to calm and to continue the dialogue and the formation of committees to resolve outstanding problems.

He noted that "the Kurdish delegation met with the region's President Massud Barzani, and briefed him on the outcome of his meeting with Al-Maliki and agreed to await the Government's reaction to the Kurdish demands.
He continued: '' the first was the formation of two committees concerned with military issues such as the dispute over the Tigris operations and other issues, and the other a financial dispute about the 2013 budget and the payment of the oil companies operating in the region.
He is a member of the National Alliance endorsed frankincense, a desire of the Kurdistan blocs Coalition to end boycott of Parliament and the Government.
And that "talks between the National Alliance and the Kurdistan continues, there is a desire among Kurds in the province, adding: the «» national GAD in his dialogues with any solution or agreement is consistent with the provisions of the Constitution and the law.
