Prime Board of Commissioners Serbst the Mustafa that "the process of counting has begun 3 hours ago and is still ongoing.
Mustafa said in a press conference held today attended by the correspondent all of Iraq [where] that "the Commission staff undertook the process of counting and sorting before [3] hours and there are centers completed the process while there is a constant centers after the vote count."
He added that "The Commission has a special mechanism in the process of counting and sorting process and there is a special policy of the Office to announce the results will show later."
