{Arbil: Euphrates News} announced the head of the civil society organizations in the Kurdish parliament Dana Said Sophie finished writing the text of the Convention and development partnership between the parliament and the government and non-governmental organizations in the province of Kurdistan.

He added, "which will institutionalize the relationship between the public authorities and non-governmental organizations, and to identify the values and principles that govern the relationship between them as well as the mutual responsibilities of the parties."
He added that "our vision of this agreement it will contribute to more democracy in the region by selecting the responsibilities and roles expected of all parties, was to create good conditions for cooperation and we hope that the benefit is not only for the NGO sector, but civil society as a whole through the expansion of the space for civil society."
He said he "will provide the text of the Convention, which was negotiated through consultations with more than 500 civil society organizations in all governorates of the Kurdistan region, as well as with parliamentarians and members of the government, to parliament for approval."
For her part, director of Hema Salwa essence during the conference that "this agreement will become a bridge between the two parties and that in the past everyone was acting according to their own agendas, but this agreement will help to organize parties and give a new horizon for the work of non-governmental organizations and civil society in the region."
