The Council of Ministers decided, in (12 March 2013), the continuation of the ration cards, to the Ministry of Commerce distributed in the form of boxes containing all the ration card, as announced by the Council of Ministers, (April 9, 2013), the formation of a special committee to study Offers companies wishing to prepare the ration card items and delivery to the citizens' homes.
