Future Iraqi Kurdish delegation visit changed special recent convictions Baghdad Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on the disputed areas and article 140 of the Constitution concerning the administrative management of these areas, after the convictions has had to reconsider its relationship with the Kurds after what happened in Baghdad and other provinces dominated by Sunni Arabs.
