Deputy for the rule of law: some of the outstanding issues between the government and the region will be solved

Baghdad (news) .. Divided MP / coalition of state law / virgin Farouk, the outstanding issues between the federal government and the Kurdistan region of Iraq, into two parts, which implemented and solved as payment dues oil companies, and the other will leave for the next parliamentary session.
Said Farooq in a statement (of the Agency news): Some of the demands of the relationship between the government and the province belong to the House of Representatives كاقرار oil and gas law and respect to Article 140, and not all demands from the jurisdiction of the government, are described: the Kurdistan to discuss with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to be considered the owner of mass large (a coalition of state law) to pass laws related to them and sticking the House of Representatives.
She pointed out that, the demands of the relationship does not solve all of them, the mismatch of recognized and implemented as a matter of presence forces 'Peshmerga' disputed areas with the forces of the Tigris, and approve payments to the oil companies operating in the province, adding: that Article 140 of the difficult implementation steps now and it will leave the parliamentary session next the House of Representatives.
The MP / Kurdistan Alliance / Saman Fawzi, he stressed that the agreement recently signed between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq, viable but not impossible, despite the fact that the implementation of some of its provisions need time.
Fawzi said in an earlier statement (the news): The Shi necessary to resolve the outstanding problems is the existence of joint negotiations and direct dialogue between the leaders of the federal government and the province, adding that the move away and interrupt the other does not solve the outstanding problems. / End / 7.'s.
