Kirkuk / NINA /--The head Turkmen Front MP Arshad Salhi said that the deployment of Peshmerga in Kirkuk is the fruit of the latest an agreement between the central government and Kurdistan region. Pointing to the lack of any Turkmen officers assuming a post in the 12th army band 12 stationed in areas south and west of Kirkuk , adding that such a position reflect an extension of a political agreement between Kurdistan region and the central government."
