U.S. cautious scenario in Syria for fear of Iraq

Follow-up - and babysit - said Joe Biden, U.S. Vice President that the current U.S. administration "very cautious" in the Syrian file because of errors committed during the invasion and occupation of Iraq in 2003, and as pointed out to UN envoy common Lakhdar Brahimi has agreed to extend its mission in Syria, the President announced Bashar al-Assad that he wants to "open the door of resistance" in his country and transform "the whole Syria" to the "state of resistance."
Biden said in an interview with the newspaper "Rolling Stone" bi-monthly to President Barack Obama's team restored the image of the United States in the world, does not want to "sabotage everything," as it did the previous administration led by George W. Bush in Iraq with her about speech and the existence of weapons of mass destruction.
The U.S. government recently raised the possibility of the Syrian government is resorting to its stockpile of chemical weapons, but Obama stressed that the evidence is not solid enough.
Biden said the U.S. administration does not know whether it "has to offer" by the regime or the opposition and stressed that in the event of confirmation of the use of such weapons, "the president certainly will take appropriate action."
Biden explained that the deal with the Syrian crisis will lead to a period of instability, and pointed out that the U.S. administration is seeking to keep the list of state institutions contrary to what has been in Iraq.
"We know that we are able to address this matter if we were ready to spend billion dollars and 160 thousand soldiers and carrying 6000 people, but we can not", in reference to the human and financial toll of the war in Iraq from the American side.
