Iraq: Abdul Karim al-Samarrai front-runner to take over the position of the Ministry

Follow-up - and babysit - MP for the Iraqi List Hamza Dawood that "Science and Technology Minister Abdul Karim al-Samarrai the current front runner is the list of candidates for the position of the Iraqi defense minister and the agency."
He said in a press statement on Thursday: "The Samurai is the most prominent among the candidates of the Iraqi List, for the post of Minister of Defense Agency until the nomination of another candidate within the period agreed upon at the meeting of the political blocs to the last," adding that "al-Samarrai is acceptable from the political blocs to take this position. "
He added that "the political blocs agreed on the completion of the nomination of candidates for the ministries of security within three months that are named other candidates to fill these ministries acting in two weeks."
The leaders of political blocs have agreed at a meeting held at the Presidency and under the auspices of President Jalal Talabani on resolving some outstanding issues between the political blocs such as the strategic policies and file the balance and security ministries in addition to keeping the part of U.S. forces in Iraq for the purpose of training, have agreed the political blocs that nominate a candidate for the Iraqi Ministry of Defense and the National Alliance candidate for the Interior Ministry within three months to be filtering the names of those ministries are running a proxy in about two weeks.
