The Deputy Chairman of the Board of Dhi Qar province, Hamid Naeem Gazan 's ( IMN) that "it was agreed between the Council of the province of Dhi Qar and ASP German specialized information systems and software to support e-government in the province for adoption in government institutions. "

The government signed Dhi Qar local e-government project contract cost Miliro 845 million Iraqi dinars with British Prestige Klopl company and its partners last year.
It is worth mentioning that Dhi Qar is the first province signed the contract for the e-government project among the governorates of Iraq.
