J & A Commission demands ministries to apply its procedures

Baghdad (AIN) –The National Commission of Justice and Accountability demanded all the ministries to adhere to applying its procedures.
The Deputy Head of the Commission, Bakhtyar Omar, said in a statement received by AIN “The JAC emphasizes the necessity of adhering to the procedures and instructions of the Commission by the Ministries and associated departments according to Law no. 10 of 2008.”
“The Commission confirms that those who would not abide by the JAC’s instructions would be subject for punishments of the Penal Code 13 of the JAC,” he added.
