BAGHDAD / obelisk: Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Sunday, with the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Martin Kobler, the country's domestic issues, the most prominent efforts to remove Iraq from Chapter VII.

The statement noted that "al-Maliki and Kubler search solution problem MKO presence on Iraqi territory."

The Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak, predicted in (29 April, 2013), out of Iraq under the threat of sanctions seventh item by the year 2014.


Iraq has been under since 1990 with Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, which imposed after the invasion of the former regime of the State of Kuwait in August of the same year, this item allows the use of force against Iraq as a threat to international security, in addition to large amounts of frozen his assets financial global banks to pay compensation to those affected by the invasion.
