SHAWIS: IRAQ PLAYS GREAT ROLE IN STABILITY OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY
Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs Rozh Nuri Shawis stressed the important role that Iraq plays in the stability of the international economy pointing out that Iraq is one of the key resources of energy which represents an important factor on the economy’s stability.
Shawis in a speech during his participation in the World Forum to Combat the Global Financial Crisis which was held in Astana the Capital of Kazakhistan, he clarified that effect of the last global crisis was limited on Iraq and it was contained.
He also talked about the overall current economic situation in the country, and ways to develop the economy and investment in Iraq.
