Iraq and Kuwait agree on border maintenance

Kuwait (dpa) - The Kuwait and Iraq yesterday memoranda of understanding on the arrangements for the maintenance of the physical borders and finance the construction of a residential complex in the area of Umm Qasr, Iraq.
signed two Memoranda of Understanding for by Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Sabah, and the Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, who is currently visiting Kuwait.
, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement that it was conducting official talks dealt with the overall bilateral relations and the growing positive developments in all areas, especially with regard to the decisions of the relevant Security Council.
