The Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari signed with the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah memoranda of understanding concerning the first practical arrangements for the maintenance of the physical border and the second on the financing of the construction of a residential complex at Umm Qasr.
According to a statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait Sabah Al Khaled Al Sabah Zebari met and discussed with him bilateral relations and the growing positive developments in all areas, especially with regard to the decisions of the relevant Security Council.
He added that the meeting dealt with the review of areas of future cooperation between the two brotherly countries and ways to achieve them as well to review the files of the current political at all levels, regional, Arab and international.
