MP : political blocs will support the formation of strategic policies council , if after the details of the paper on his work instead of Allawi Talabani.

Baghdad / NINA /-- MP for the state of law coalition , Abdulelah Naieli said :" the political blocs will support the formation of the suprem council for strategic policies after submission of the paper on the details of work by President Jalal Talabani, rather than Iraqiya head Iyad Allawi.
Naieli added in a statement to NINA today: "We hope that President Talabani to submit a paper to Parliament on the details of work of the supreme council for strategic policies, rather than Allawi, who intended to give multiple unconstitutional powers to this Council.
He went to say : "We see if this paper provided by President Talbani will be consistent with the Constitution and respects the executive, legislative and judicial authorities will not be contrary to the law, which could lead to the approval of the formation of the council by political blocs, adding :" when the President presents this paper as a protector of the Constitution, it is implicitly the paper work correspond with this Constitution ". / End
