The Iraqi list has announced that the political blocs agreed at its last meeting at the headquarters of the Presidency that the decisions of the Council of the national strategic policies are binding on the Government after a vote in the House.
Political bloc leaders agreed at a meeting held at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic under the auspices of President Jalal Talabani Tuesday to resolve a number of outstanding issues between the political blocs as a balance and security ministries, including the agreement to send the Bill to the National Council of senior policy by President Talabani to the House of representatives within three days, in addition to keep part of the US forces in the country for the purpose of training
