Italian mediation to resolve the outstanding issues between Iraq and Kuwait

At a time when it was announced Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini said his country is seeking to resolve differences between Iraq and Kuwait as soon as possible, revealed the Ministry of Science and Technology received notification formally from the Kuwaiti side of the lack of a plan to have to build a nuclear reactor on the border with Iraq.
