Israeli decree allowed to trade with Iraq

Sout Al Basra site reported that the Israeli Israel 7.com Israeli Finance Minister Yuval Steintz signed a decree allowing the Israelis Bagma trade relations with Iraq without having considered the "trade with the enemy."
He noted the site to Israeli Finance Minister Yuval Steintz signed this decree at the end of the month of July and shall remain in force for a period of two years.
And Iraq is still officially at war with the Israeli entity, in spite of the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime and the emergence of a new system.
Iraq participated wars against Israel since 1948 through the Six-Day War in 1967 and the Yom Kippur War of 1973 and the first Gulf War bombing of Saddam Hussein's Scud missiles, Israel.
