The Council of Ministers held its twenty-seventh regular meeting in Baghdad today Tuesday, 25 June 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nouri Kamel al-Maliki issued the following decisions of the Council:
1. to approve the formation of a Committee headed by Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and membership of Ministers of youth and sports and the displacement and migration and reconstruction of housing, municipalities and public works, defense and State departments and the Senior Deputy of the Ministry of the Interior shall visit a toskhermato to determine the extent of the damage suffered by the city and its inhabitants caused by terrorist acts and to take the necessary measures to compensate the damage and the reconstruction of destroyed dwellings and property affected by technical committees through Committee mentioned in the above gives the authority to disburse funds from the sums allocated to the Turkmens as well as study the security aspect of All its aspects and making plans to protect the judiciary from terrorist attacks and recruiting members of the judiciary in maintaining security, mosques and husseiniyas, other institutions and the Committee submits its report to the Council of Ministers.
2. support for the Ministry of transport of the Arab Union of land transport in the amount of 50 thousand dollars from the General company for land transport, a Transport Ministry.
3. amendment of the decision of the Council of Ministers No. (132) of the Ministry of Commerce 2013 implementation procedure contained in resolution above regarding receipt of crops (wheat, barley, walshlb), the Ministry of agriculture with maize crop, the Iraqi company for manufacturing and marketing dates of receipt dates.
4. approval of the construction and equipment of operating theaters for specialized centers of the budget of the General company for the importation and distribution of drugs and medical supplies.
5. to approve the granting of Imam Al-Sadiq in cultural public benefit based on the provisions of article (17/item III) non-governmental organizations Act No. 12 of 2010.
6. consent to provide the Ministry of electricity power bismayah new city housing project and all project needs estimated at borders (750) MICAH Watts (generation and distribution with secondary stations, etc) according to the project contract and choose the Ministry of electricity as power supply or obstetric capability through investment.
7. approve land good camp (formerly) complete the national investment Commission without concerns and give a time period of up to two years to remove all of the building including the air base installations and abusers and others for the purpose of allocation of investment to build an integrated city and as President of the Commission to the Council of Ministers.
