Allkash demands punctuality government to send the constitutional law of the year 2014 budget to parliament

Baghdad / Baghdadi news / .. student member of the parliamentary bloc citizen Muhammad Allkash, Saturday, the Council of Ministers constitutional punctuality, to send the Federal Budget Law for the year 2014.

Timmy This is nice, Just to let you know for last couple years they been using 1.13 for calculations for the oil contracts even though their artifical rate has been 1166. So I am not reading too much into this, but can only hope they consider the 1.16 when they do decide to RV the exchange rate.

Good point....this is probably what I was thinking. It's interesting this method continues....a workaround of the obviously false rate of 1166. Being this, again, is from the FC and keeping their role and responsibilities in context, this is still great to see a declaration of this rate.

$1.16, or possibly $1.17, is the number stated in the April 2012 SIGIR.
