Iraq's Council of Ministers, on Wednesday, the disruption of the official work day tomorrow, Thursday, in all government departments, attributing the reason to the high temperatures.
A source in the Information Office of the Council said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", that "the Council of Ministers decided to be considered tomorrow, Thursday the 18th day on July present, holiday for all government departments."
He attributed the source, who requested anonymity, the reason for this to "higher temperatures more than 50 degrees Celsius during the day."
The province of Dhi Qar announced earlier on Wednesday (17 July 2013), disable the official working hours for all government departments on Thursday due to the temperature rise of more than 50 degrees Celsius.
