She added that "the Commission is overseen by the prime minister directly and chaired by the President of the advisers Thamer Ghadhban, and its membership includes the Deputy Minister of Oil and proxy oldest Ministry of Electricity and Director General of Budget, Ministry of Finance and the Director General in the Ministry of Planning and expert advisory board, in addition to the chief engineer for the General Secretariat of the Council of Minister. "
She explained that "the Council authorized the Commission to hire those who deem appropriate experts and specialists and make its final recommendations to the General Secretariat of the Council with a view presented to the Council of Ministers."
