Maliki: Ministry of Electricity insisted on contracting with companies and intermediary and this is contrary to the decision of the Council of Ministers

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's performance and the Ministry of Electricity during the last term Balvashl attributing the reason for dismissal of the Minister of Electricity Raad waterfall to his failure to provide any percent completed within a day in addition to contracts with fictitious companies.
He said in a press statement that : "The Ministry of Electricity was one of the ministries failed during the period plus percent on contracts to fictitious companies with which we made the dismissal of the minister."
Maliki said that "the ministry insisted that the contract with that company, which is contrary to the decision of the Council of Ministers, who refused to contract with the intermediary companies stopped any contract with them."
And the Council on strategic policy, Maliki said we "can not give the powers of the Council of Ministers or the Prime Minister to the Council."
He added that "we Attiyna as binding the decisions of this Council, we we will take the powers of the Prime Minister that according to the articles of the Constitution, the Prime Minister is the planning of future policy."
