KDP supports the document of honor and social peace initiative

BAGHDAD / NINA / The political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party confirmed support for the honor document and the social peace initiative in Iraq.
The members of the Political Bureau described the initiative, during their meeting with the Vice President Khodair al-Kuhzaei, that "It carries a noble mission represents the ambition and hopes of all people," appreciating at the same time, the efforts of the Vice President of the Republic and the National Alliance to adapt this national project.
A statement of the Information Office of the Vice President cited that Kuhzaei met in Arbil with President of the Presidium of the Kurdistan region, Fouad Hussein, and the Minister of Interior of the province, Karim Sinjari as well as a number of leaders of the political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, discussing with them the terms of the national document and the initiative of social peace in Iraq.
The statement quoted him as confirming: "The efforts of the Presidency of the Republic in this project fruited positive results where it has brought views between the partners in the political process close to each other and come out with an agreement on all the terms of the initiative contained in the document," expressing hope that the participation of the Kurds in supporting the initiative, as being a part of Iraq and the political process.
Vice President called on the leaders of the Democratic Party and the Kurdistan Islamic Group to attend the signing ceremony of the document, which will be set soon.
For his part, the Amir of Islamic Group in Kurdistan, Ali Baber praised the initiative, stressing his support for the efforts that have been made in order to reach solutions to the political process in Iraq to serve the interests of all Iraqis.
A delegation from the National Alliance, headed by Vice President arrived in Arbil yesterday to present the document of honor and social peace initiative to Kurdish political leaders.
The political blocs agreed on the terms of the document of honor and the social peace initiative in Iraq, which made by Vice President Khodair al-Kuhzaei at a meeting in his office last Sunday./ End
