Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Nassar al-Rubaie said in a statement (Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network): The «ministry will start by next September announce the names of the second batch of the covered soft loans without interest launched by the ministry during the past period, which included the registered unemployed in the statements of the Department of Employment and loans of the Ministry», pointing to the existence of specialized committees are studying economic feasibility of the projects submitted by the unemployed to obtain loans ranging in amounts from (5 20) million. On the other hand, the Director of Information and the Ministry of Labour's (Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network), the Ministry's approval on a proposal to increase the amount of subsidy network of social protection for the family, consisting of six members of (150) thousand dinars to (400) thousand dinars, noting that the ministry will work to take subsequent action in this regard, asking stakeholders to support legislation that increase and the creation of legal ground to be applied for the purpose of raising help the poor and needy.
