Department conducted the affairs of citizens and public relations at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of the opinion poll citizens on the level of services provided by citizens' affairs departments in the provinces and departments not associated with the Ministry.
The Director General of the Department Mohammed Taher al-Tamimi said the first part of the survey results included the secretariat of Baghdad and the Martyrs Foundation and the Foundation of prisoners and thirteen counties and is designed to measure the Directorates achieve the official view of the Joint Council for the fight against corruption, which issued instructions are very detailed and extensive controls and practical guidance and thoughtful for the development of citizen service levels worthy and the change that has occurred in Iraq.
Tamimi added that the results of the poll showed that 93% of respondents expressed their satisfaction with the reception staff of the departments of citizens ... While 92% of them expressed their satisfaction with the procedures for the safety and security of the place and got the application process, and the attention span of the staff sections requests of citizens, taking into account the elderly, and paintings tariff in the sections and the guide on the high rates of acceptance of the respondents.
The survey also addressed other aspects of the types of applications submitted showed auditors know the existence of a hot line to connect .. And the means by which recognize the laws and regulations.
