Decision of the House of Representatives denied Muhammad Al-Khalidi, Thursday, what some of the media from the presence of a security threat to the parliament building, stressing that giving holiday for Parliament staff to this day because of maintenance work in circles.



He said al-Khalidi in an interview for "Alsumaria News", that "There is no truth to the news reported by some media of a security threat to the House of Representatives," adding that "giving a holiday to the staff of Parliament for this Thursday because of maintenance work in the departments of the Council."



Khalidi added that "giving holiday for Parliament staff for this Thursday also came coincided with the holiday on Friday and Saturday to allow for technical staff to complete maintenance work."



Some of the media picked up news that cleared the House of Representatives, on Wednesday (11 September 2013), the premises of all staff on the back of receiving a threat from an unknown destination.



It has already been decided the House of Representatives, in (19 August 2013), to postpone the meeting of the Council of the 13 scheduled (20 August 2013), to the receipt of information the existence of a security threat potential targets parliament building, indicating that it has been granted the staff of the Council leave open while making sure the demise of threat .



It is noteworthy that the capital Baghdad and several provinces experiencing a serious escalation acts of violence the past months, represented attacks organization and daily car bombings and improvised explosive devices and armed attacks targeting security agencies and citizens alike and claimed the lives of hundreds of civilians and members of the security services
