"
Murshidi added that "the project includes educational services such as schools, kindergartens and entertainment events, a hospital, a hotel and public buildings and a marketing center and parking, roads, shopping mall, gardens and parks, kids games and other public services."
He said the "project which will be implemented by a company specialized Arab Emirates at a cost of {180} million includes three models of the first residential areas {90} m 2 and the second {110} m 2 and the third {130} m 2."
He pointed out that "the project will be implemented in four stages first includes building {27} building with {648} and residential units and services affiliated with the mall with include the second phase set {27} building with {648} and residential units also with the university hospital specialist."
He continued, "The third phase includes the construction of the hotel and its annexes and the remaining of residential units in the last phase include building the university after obtaining approvals administrative and scientific."
For his part, praised the head of the Office of Financial Supervision Abdul Basit Turki, "the extraordinary efforts of the Municipality of Baghdad in the provision of land for construction of residential complexes that implement the best technical specifications of Housing officials of ministries and various state institutions and contribute to the treatment of a large part of the housing problem.
