According to a statement of the Supreme Islamic Council on Tuesday that "it came during a meeting with al-Hakim in his office in Baghdad, Kuwait's ambassador to the insured." Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, "Iraq's desire to contribute to Kuwaiti companies in the reconstruction of Iraq and the implementation of development projects and construction in the country," and expressed "the hope to see the cooperation relations between the two countries further development and openness."
