Postponed the Presidency of the Council of Representatives, on Wednesday, during its last 24 of the first legislative term for the fourth legislative year, the vote on the legal political parties and elections.

A source in the Information Service of the Parliament in an interview to (range Press), "The House Speaker Osama Najafi decided immediately after the start of the parliamentary session of 24 of the first legislative term of the legislative year fourth, which was held in the presence of 205 deputies, to postpone the vote on the election law."

The source, who asked not to be named, said, "Najafi also decided to postpone the vote on the law of parties, after the interception of a coalition of state law and the Kurdistan Alliance MP Haidar al-Mulla to vote in the parliamentary session, today, due to lack of agreed upon between the political blocs."

The source pointed out that "the President of the House of Representatives confirmed that the parties law will be presented to the vote, after consensus of all parties."

The Iraqi Council of Representatives held on Wednesday, its the 24 of the first legislative term of the legislative year fourth, headed by Speaker Osama Najafi and the presence of 205 deputies, as witness the meeting to vote on three bills most prominent law on political parties, and the second reading of the four draft laws.

The Association of the presidency of parliament, announced on Tuesday (24 September 2013), an agreement between the political blocs to put forward a number of laws pending a vote during the coming sessions, and stressed that the agreement came during a meeting of heads of political blocs and the Presidency of the Parliament, as pointed out agreement blocs to ask election laws, political parties and the infrastructure of the vote.

The National Dialogue Front, led by Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq warned on Tuesday (the first of September 2013), to try some of the blocks "to postpone the adoption of the electoral law in order to postpone the elections," and called on religious references to "pressure on the political forces to approve the law," While stressed the need for "the prohibition of dual nationality to stand for election," demanded "a vote of the public and private sectors on the same day to ensure the integrity of the elections
