The House of Representatives has failed over the past few weeks to pass the election law as a result of differences exist between the political blocs on the number of paragraphs of the law, including determining electoral denominator and compensatory seats and quota.
And often differing views between the blocks were part of the Iraqi List, on the issues and their inability to take a specific position so that the MPs defected them
