NA calls for urgent meeting of its components to discuss current situation

Baghdad (NINA) - Iraq National Alliance called for an urgent meeting to discuss current situation and principle that the Alliance stand for.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Dec. 7, that alliance said that the country’s current circumstances, on security, political and services levels force us to discuss many issues, including arrest warrants against the Alliance’s law makers, in addition to hindering draft laws, adopted by the Alliance.
In its statement, the Alliance stressed that such issues obstruct harmony the Alliance is formed on, calling to remove all obstacles that divide the Alliance.
The statement signed by Ameer al-Kinani, for Ahrar bloc, Hussein al-Mer’ebi, for Fadheela Party, Ali Thamir for Tadhamon and Ahmed Chalabi for Iraqi National Conference; while no one from the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council signed the statement. / End.
