Iraq participates in the special session of the Economic and Social Council in Khartoum

Baghdad: Iraq News Network - The Ministry of Commerce, said that an official delegation headed by Hashim Mohammed Hatem Director General of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Ministry of Commerce went to the capital Alsoadeneih Khartoum to participate in the special session of the ECOSOC during the period 19-20 / 1/2014. According to a statement from the Media Office the Ministry of Commerce said on Sunday that "this session will discuss and looking measures are to implement the initiative of the President of the Republic of Sudan for agricultural investment in the Arab Sudan, in order to bridge the food gap and achieving Arab food security in implementation of the decision of the Arab summit, developmental and social development in its third session held in Riyadh in 2013."
