Saad urges to take practical steps to pressurize parliament to amend Budget law

Baghdad (Forat) –The member of the Oil and Energy Committee in the parliament, Suzan al-Saad, called to take practical steps to pressurize parliament to amend the Budget law.
She stated to Alforat News Agency "When the parliament session will be resumed, MPs from oil producing provinces will coordinate to ensure the rights of their provinces."
"The Council of Ministers voted on the Budget law ignoring the Article 44th of 21st law that grants 5 dollars to the province for each oil barrel produced or refined by the province in addition to each 150 metres of gas," she concluded. /End/
