"The Conference topics focus on anti-money laundering laws and the development of banking services to the client through the introduction of technology and electronic banking systems in addition to the stages of restructuring Iraqi banks and the impact on the development of the banking business and to create competition with private banks by increasing the volume of services provided by banks.
The Central Bank stressed the commitment of private banks to boost capital hopes to approve a $ 250 billion dinars, according to the criteria established by the Central Bank two years ago, "adding that" Conference sponsored by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament Qusay Al-Suhail.
He noted that "all private banks operating in Iraq took part in this Conference which will examine proposals made during the sessions of the Conference to reach the formulas are converted into laws and submit them to Congress for approval."
