Osman: the presence of members of the Kurdistan Alliance to the next session of Parliament

Announced as Deputy for a coalition of Kurdish blocs independent MP Mahmoud Othman, "said members of the Kurdistan Alliance will attend the next meeting of the Council of Representatives, denying province of Kurdistan for meetings of the Council because of the budget law." Osman said that "contacts are continuing between the two governments and federal region on the one hand and between the political blocs on the other hand on the law of the state budget for the year 214, but failed to reach a positive result so far, ". "The province has reservations on what posed by the federal government on the export of oil through the Company (SOMO), on the grounds that the company (Como) is responsible for export oil region, noting that "the proposal of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on the establishment of a higher council for oil and gas, well, because it represents a compromise between the two governments." The Cabinet has referred the budget in 2014 to the House of Representatives in the fifteenth of last month. 5
