Osman: Quorum of the session is complete, if agreed Arbil and Baghdad on a budget

A member of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, Mahmoud Othman, on Tuesday, the federal governments and the Kurdistan region if they agreed this week on the controversial points in the draft federal budget it is possible to achieve a quorum of the board and start procedures for the enactment of the budget.
Osman said that "a quorum of the House of Representatives could be achieved in the event of an agreement between the federal and provincial governments this week in the presence of the Vice-coalition Kurdish blocs and the law, although it may be difficult."
"The timing of the resignations of MPs Liberal bloc is not useful, but all the political blocs in the parliament bloc heads follow its decisions."
He continued that "the development of the House of Representatives during the last period is very bad, and withdrawals and disrupted his political positions fully
