BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN ) - confirmed a member of the House of Representatives from the Kurdistan Alliance Chuan Mohamed Taha, that the alliance does not mind the export of oil from the Kurdistan region to Turkey through the national oil company of the Federal (SOMO), but there are points of contention can be overcome with the continuation of the talks between the two parties .

He said Taha's ( IMN ) , that "there are many points of contention have been resolved during the last rounds of talks, which had taken place at the highest levels between the federal government and the government of the region is that there are issues still pending and as long as there are negotiations between the two sides is expected to reach solutions close to her until the adoption of the general budget . "

He pointed out that "the important issue that requires finding a solution to it is the issue of penalty clauses that are meant to impose on the region and the need to export 400 thousand barrels per day in the absence of export of this amount, there is a penalty clause imposed on the region, which means from our perspective penalty unnecessary ".

In response to a question about the obstacles that could prevent the export of such quantity so as not to impose penalty clauses Taha said that "it is difficult to do so because there are questions that may be difficult to control such things climate and some of the technical issues that will disable the agreed quantity for export . "

The officials mentioned that the center and the region are making progress in one of the files in each dialogue Aijeriana

[tlm724] "the important issue that requires finding a solution to it is the issue of penalty clauses that are meant to impose on the region and the need to export 400 thousand barrels per day in the absence of export of this amount, there is a penalty clause imposed on the region, which means from our perspective penalty unnecessary

[tlm724] okay now we know the main issue, Kurds will have to pay if they don't reach the 400 k barrels per day
