Baghdad {Forat} -The Head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Coucil, Ammar Al-Hakim, warned from circumventing the parliament and justifying the illegal delay in endorsing the budget.
Hakim said on Wednesday "We were informed about some sides' attempts to justify the delay in passing the budget by illegitimate reasons and circumventing the laws adopted. This manner should be abandoned as the democratic regime in Iraq is the basis that must be followed an d any unconstitutional ways will bring about many problems instead of resolving the existing ones." /End/
