Added MP Mohammad Qasim said that "the Kurdistan Region says he will issue oil and imports back to the federal treasury, but the federal government insists that the export through (SOMO) imports back to the federal treasury which you distribute, and the dispute is concentrated here and not any another paragraph ..
And on the reasons for rejection of the province of Kurdistan to export oil through the Company (SOMO) said MP Mohammad Qasim: we reject because the export of oil through the Company (SOMO) means a lack of partnership and participatory management, we Ndhamana partnership-based management, confirming the absence of any representative of the Kurdistan Region in the company ( SOMO), because it is based on the central idea, and we want an administrative post, that we export oil and any other form of imports coming into the federal government, and we take our share of the agreed 17%
