The federation said in a statement received by the Euphrates News Agency {} a copy of "the lack of liquidity in the banks of the province of Sulaymaniyah and the delay in the ratification of the budget, the federal public for the current year makes Union calls for the provincial government to agree to stop the acts of projects for companies wishing to do so."

the statement continued, "Proceeding of national responsibility toward the region, the companies that implement the projects for housing and reconstruction will continue its work and to prevent the effect of approving the budget at the wheel of development and the development and reconstruction in the province of Kurdistan.
