Mahmoud Othman stresses convergence of Gat considered significantly between the federal government and the province on the budget and oil

Said the leadership of the coalition of Kurdish blocs independent MP Mahmoud Othman, "a rapprochement in the GATT and considered significantly between the federal government and the province on the budget and oil."
Osman said, "The House of Representatives of the Kurds will attend to the House of Representatives on Sunday, but the decision to attend the meeting did not take so far, on the grounds that we want a final agreement on the issues of oil and the balance between the central government and the province, to be our presence to the meeting to discuss the budget."

"
