Office announced Article 140 in Dhi Qar complete three thousand treatment of displaced Dhayat of the former regime and submitted to the national office in Baghdad, adding that the disbursement is linked to the approval of the Parliament of the general budget for the current year of 2014.
The director of the office in Dhi Qar Fouad Kazim, said his office completed audits of three treatment for thousands of displaced victims of the former regime, was sent accounts of the Secretariat of the Article 140 in Baghdad to regulate the instruments of their own compensation.
He said Kazem that disbursement of compensation will depend on the adoption of the new parliament for the country's general budget for the current year of 2014.
He pointed out that this batch of transactions affected represent the first meal of the compensation allocated to the province where the meal be followed by a second treatment as well as three thousand, to be the share of Dhi Qar, of this year's six thousand transaction.
