Agreement between the Arab League and the countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan to prevent double taxation

Undersecretary of the Saudi Foreign Ministry for Economic Affairs and Cultural Ambassador Dr. Yousef bin Trad Al-Saadoun that the coordination meeting of the Arab - Arab and Senior Officials Meeting preparatory to the first session of the Economic Forum and Arab cooperation with the countries of Central Asia and the Republic of Azerbaijan is being held in Riyadh aims to establish a culture of dialogue with others and build bridges of cooperation between the participating countries and the promotion of what serves the interests of the people in addition to the consideration of the draft Riyadh Declaration to be issued at the conclusion of the meetings of the Forum and develop a road map for relations between the countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan.
Sadoun said, in a press statement after the preparatory meeting of senior officials to representatives of Saudi Arabia and the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, and the countries of Central Asia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, it will be on Tuesday the signing of an agreement between the Secretariat of the League of Arab States and the countries of Central Asia as well as the signing of two agreements Tnaúatin between Saudi Arabia and the countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan with regard to double taxation.
He pointed to the existence of promising investment opportunities between the Arab countries and the countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan in various fields, notably transport, tourism, and agriculture.

He pointed out that there was a proposal to establish a business council between the countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan with Arab countries.
He stated that the trend to consolidation of relations between the Arab states and the countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan aims to expand the circle of investment opportunities between the Arab states and the countries and peoples of Central Asia, stressing that the private sector in the two groups could be the main engine to activate the process of trade and investment in the coming period.
He pointed out that businessmen in the two groups of Arab and Central Asian previously held a joint meeting to discuss opportunities for cooperation and investment and to overcome obstacles in order to activate economic cooperation in the coming period.
And Dr Yusuf al-Sadoun for a proposal to create a joint business council between the two groups is designed to prioritize the issues of trade and investment between the two groups and determine the appropriate formulas for cooperation in the future, stressing the correlation between the two cultures of Arab and Islamic cultures and countries of Central Asia and Azerbaijan, which is known in Islamic history's north beyond the rivers which had a significant impact in the Islamic culture.
