Ala Talabani : The application of Article 140 needs a strong political will

Kirkuk / NINA/ MP for the province of Kirkuk and a leader in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ala Talabani confirmed that Article 140 of the Constitution is a controversial material and need a strong political will to apply it.
The MP Talabani said in a statement today that the application of Article 140 is the task of all Kurdish powers , without exception, confirming that the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and through his electoral program to make the quest for the application of that article of the Constitution of their first priority.
Talabani outlined that the application of Article 140 needs to pass through several stages as it needs to legislate new laws , and cancel and modify other laws.
